Phosphatidylcholine & deoxycholate which are ingredients that naturally exist within our bodies playing a key role in the natural breakdown of dietary fat and cholesterol. Deoxycholate (a bile salt) breaks down the ingested fat cells, and phosphatidylcholine assists the digestion and drainage of released fat, but mostly protects the neighboring mucosa from the corrosive action of deoxycholate.

The treatment permanently eliminates fat cells, however, it’s important to note that maintaining weight and the ongoing aging process may contribute to a gradual buildup of fat over the years.

Common treatment areas include under the chin, abdomen, thighs, flanks, and other localised pockets of fat.

No, fat dissolving is a non-surgical procedure that involves treatment to reduce or eliminate localised fat.

After treatment you will experience significant swelling which is very normal and expected (the more swelling, the better the results), tenderness & possibly some mild bruising. Paracetamol is suitable for pain relief if required.

When scheduling your treatments, remember to keep your social plans and work commitments in mind.

Discomfort is minimal, typically well-tolerated by most individuals, and often mitigated with a topical and local anaesthetic.

Results usually become noticeable within 6 weeks.

Optimal results are seen after 2 treatments, 6-8 weeks apart.

Results can be long-lasting, but maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial for preventing the return of treated fat.

The treated fat cells are permanently eliminated, but maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential to prevent new fat accumulation.

While primarily designed for fat reduction, some patients may notice improvement in the appearance of cellulite in treated areas.
