We kindly request a $50 deposit for all clinic bookings, which will be applied as credit towards your treatment on the scheduled day. Familiarising yourself with our cancellation policy is important. We adhere to a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your prompt communication if you need to reschedule.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will also forfeit the deposit.
